This is coaching: practical, structured, and focused on the present and the future. We work with how you think, feel, and act, and translate that into clearer choices and steadier follow-through.
This is not therapy. I'm not a psychologist. If something heavier shows up, like trauma, grief that needs more support, or symptoms that belong in clinical care, I'll say so honestly and help you find the right kind of help. Coaching can sit alongside therapy when that fits.

I listen closely, ask sharp questions, and help you see what you can't see on your own, without judgment and without drama. You won't be "fixed." You'll be guided back to your own clarity and power.

You can continue with a Tune-Up Session (one focused reset when you're stuck again), a Deepening Block (a short follow-on for a bigger goal), or Monthly Coaching (ongoing calibration). No pressure. Most clients take a break and come back when they need it.
